Shipping Fees

We currently use UPS and USPS for shipping orders within the United States. All orders ship within 7 business days. Shipping rates are applied at checkout.

Refunds, Exchanges and Cancellations

Please make sure you are 100% happy with the painting before you purchase. All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or order cancellations are applied or accepted. See Policy and Process on Damage Due to Shipping for refunds due to damage during shipping.

Process and Policy on Damage Due to Shipping

All refund requests and notifications about items damaged during shipping must be received in writing by email notification to Artist within 15 calendar days from the original date of purchase. Artist may require the Buyer to email photographs of the damaged item. Buyer may also be required to return damaged items by shipping them back to the Artist. The buyer will receive a refund for the total cost of the item plus shipping fees paid, including any shipping of the item back to the Artist if the Artist requests this. Refund payments may take up to 14 calendar days from the date of notification of the damage and will be issued by the Artist. 

Accuracy of Content

The computer screen can never give a true example of colors and texture. Please remember that colors may vary slightly in real life.
